OMG Corporation does not compete in markets. We define them. Our portfolio represents the structural consolidation of audience attention, supply chain control, and behavioral data infrastructure into a single integrated operating posture.
Whether through scripted entertainment, last-mile delivery, AI-driven assistance, or perimeter defense solutions, our holdings reflect a unified theory: that the most efficient enterprise is the one that owns both the question and the answer.
Corporate history
Five decades of compounded relevance.
1972
OMG Corporation founded as a regional aluminum siding distributor. Pivots within eighteen months following recognition of a category opportunity in everything else.
1981
Acquisition of three regional television stations. Marketing communications team coins internal slogan that later becomes external slogan.
1989
Launch of the OMG Logistics vertical. Begins delivering, in the words of the founder, "whatever needs delivering, wherever it needs to go."
1997
Defense & Security division established. Public statements at the time describe the division as "purely advisory." Subsequent public statements continue to describe it this way.
2003
First scripted property enters development. The ABCD Show begins as an educational pilot. It is not educational.
2011
Cognitive Systems division founded around early development of an internal AI assistant codenamed Poopy. The name is not changed prior to product launch.
2019
Restructuring consolidates 47 sub-brands under the unified OMG identity. Synergies are achieved.
Today
OMG Corporation continues to deliver category-defining outcomes across the consumer, cognitive, logistical, and defense verticals. Tomorrow is on schedule.

Sourced and developed every property currently in active production. Recently championed the ABCDOMG documentary asset. Considered by colleagues to be "extremely effective in meetings."
